Job Description

  • Handle any complain or inquiry from customer
  • Can be a problem solver for customer
  • Handle all channel of Contact Center such as Inbound, Outbound, Whatsapp, Email etc

Qualification

  • Bachelor Degree / S1 from IT, Management, Communication, English, and any relevant major with GPA minimum 3,00
  • Wiling to shifting
  • Have experienced as contact center agent or working experience in provider industries is a plus
  • Have a basic english skills
  • High passion in internet and provider services
