Job Description
- Handle any complain or inquiry from customer
- Can be a problem solver for customer
- Handle all channel of Contact Center such as Inbound, Outbound, Whatsapp, Email etc
Qualification
- Bachelor Degree / S1 from IT, Management, Communication, English, and any relevant major with GPA minimum 3,00
- Wiling to shifting
- Have experienced as contact center agent or working experience in provider industries is a plus
- Have a basic english skills
- High passion in internet and provider services
