Key Responsibilities
A. Rejuvenate Monitoring
* Execute daily sales performance monitoring within assigned districts
* Plan, monitor, and improve Sell-Through performance and target achievement
* Manage stock availability, Out of Stock levels, and coverage for all dealers in the district
* Gather market insights across smartphone, AIoT, and electronic industries — including competitors, trends, and technologies
B. Manpower Management
* Handle promoter placement, recruitment, and achievement tracking
* Take proactive actions to improve promoter performance and retail engagement
C. Retail Execution
* Drive store expansion initiatives and approach potential retail partners
* Manage retail investment activities
* Ensure the company maintains the #1 retail position in selected stores
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably Marketing, Business, or Management)
* Minimum 2 years as a leader
* Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Sales — ideally within Consumer Electronics, Telecommunications, FMCG, or related Retail sectors
* Strong understanding of retail execution, ROI analysis, and sales reporting
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
* Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
* Detail-oriented, results-driven, and able to work cross-functionally with Sales & Marketing teams
