Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Geology or Geological Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (exploration, wellsite, and data processing). Fresh graduates with strong internship/field experience may be considered.
- Proficiency in Minescape is mandatory.
- Must be willing to work both on-site and in the office as needed.
- Preferably based in East Kalimantan.
Job Descriptions:
- Conduct field orientation (outcrop identification, coordinate tracking, and mapping).
- Analyze coal seam thickness and dip from outcrop data.
- Create overlay maps of orientation points and outcrop lists.
- Document field activities through photos, descriptions, and short reports.
- Prepare and submit daily exploration and drilling reports.
- Follow and implement SOPs for orientation and drilling activities.
- Ensure zero LTI (Lost Time Injury) by maintaining safety standards.
- Support drilling and orientation activities as part of the site team.
- Coordinate effectively with local teams and communities during fieldwork.
- Process and analyze geological data using basic software (GIS, Surpac basic, Minescape basic).
- Develop coal seam interpretation and geological models (geological design, not mine design).
- Maintain updated geological databases and exploration records.
- Assist in preparing reports and maps for management and mine planning purposes.
