WIZ part of Virus Media: Social Media Specialist Intern
Promote to be Full Timer after 3 Months Period
What you'll do:
- Plan and create engaging content (videos & images) for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Write scripts or captions, shoot, and edit using tools like CapCut, Canva, VN, etc.
- Research trends, hooks, and references to keep our content fresh
- Schedule posts and track performance (reach, engagement, saves, shares)
- Manage community engagement (replying to comments & DMs)
- Join brainstorming sessions, pitch ideas, and assist with content production
What we're looking for:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (any field)
- Comfortable taking ownership and getting things done without micromanagement
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and short-form content creation
- Strong interest in trends, storytelling, and digital culture
- Able to bring creative ideas to life end-to-end
- Independent but also a collaborative team player
- Open to feedback, fast learning, and trying new things
- Bonus: Basic editing/design skills or experience running a personal/brand account
Work setup:
- Hybrid: 3 days WFH, 2 days WFO (Wed & Fri)
- Office: Kemang, South Jakarta
