About the Role
We are seeking a
strategic, data-driven, and self-motivated Social Media Strategist
to develop and implement impactful digital communication strategies.
This role combines creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership to drive engagement, brand positioning, and campaign performance including initiatives involving corporate, community, or government-related communications.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term social media strategies that align with brand and organizational objectives.
- Conduct market and audience analysis to identify content opportunities and optimize communication approaches.
- Design and oversee social media campaigns — from concept, messaging, to creative direction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, research, and account management) to ensure cohesive and impactful communication.
- Integrate
(Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.) to maximize campaign reach and performance. - Monitor and analyze performance data using analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, native platform dashboards, etc.) to guide content and budget optimization.
- Interpret social and digital trends to inform proactive strategy updates and audience targeting improvements.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data to improve audience reach and engagement.
- Manage content calendars, tone of voice, and key messaging frameworks for different platforms.
- Support communication planning for public campaigns, advocacy, or government-related initiatives when required.
- Ensure all communication adheres to brand integrity and public communication ethics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or campaign planning.
- Strong understanding of

Preferred Qualities
