Job Description:
- Assisting director in daily life, office related matter, and also business trip
- Providing assistance during presentation/trip
- Organizing appointments and agendas
- Preparing and managing correspondence, reports and documents
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Secretarial or equivalent.
- Preferably 2+ years of work experience as an Executive Secretary/Personal Assistant.
- Fresh Graduate are allowed for apply
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills ( Humble )
- Proficient in English (verbal & written)
- Proactive, detail oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Available to work long hours and on weekends/public holiday if needed
