Job Description:

  • Assisting director in daily life, office related matter, and also business trip
  • Providing assistance during presentation/trip
  • Organizing appointments and agendas
  • Preparing and managing correspondence, reports and documents

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Secretarial or equivalent.
  • Preferably 2+ years of work experience as an Executive Secretary/Personal Assistant.
  • Fresh Graduate are allowed for apply
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills ( Humble )
  • Proficient in English (verbal & written)
  • Proactive, detail oriented, and able to work under pressure
  • Available to work long hours and on weekends/public holiday if needed
