Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Management/Organizational Development, preferably a Master's degree.
- 8–10 years of work experience in Organization Development, Talent Management, and Culture Development
- Experience in organization design, job evaluation, talent mapping, succession planning, leadership development, and culture transformation
- Understanding of change management, employee engagement, and internalizing company cultural values.
- Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills and the ability to be a strategic cross-functional partner.
- Proactive, adaptive, detail-oriented, and results-oriented and organizational culture-oriented.
- Proficient in HRIS, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and familiar with HR analytics/dashboards
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a plus.
Jobdesc:
• Facilitate updates to organizational structures, job descriptions, and job grading, and ensure organizational effectiveness aligns with business strategy.
• Develop workforce planning and support strategic recruitment and employer branding to align with competency needs and company culture.
• Manage Talent Management programs (talent mapping, succession planning, career paths, IDP, and leadership development).
• Develop competency frameworks, conduct gap analyses, and ensure the effective implementation of employee development programs.
• Initiate and manage corporate culture programs, including values internalization, change management, and employee engagement.
• Conduct organizational effectiveness measurements (engagement surveys, culture, and climate surveys) and provide data-based recommendations.
• Develop HR dashboards and OD/TM reports and ensure continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors as needed by the Company.
• Comply with and implement applicable quality management system, OHS, and information security policies and procedures.
• Participate in OHS programs established by the Company.
