Job Description:

  • Assisting the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews
  • Assisting with HR administrative task, such as data entry, generating reports, and maintaining HR files and document
  • Collaborate with HR team members to plan, organize, and execute employee engagement programs and events.
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment of employee engagement initiatives with overall organizational goals.

Qualification:

  • Final year student / fresh graduate in a Bachelor's program in Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Fast learner and strong communication skills (is a must), both written and verbal.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for employee engagement and workplace culture.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willing to carry out an UNPAID Internship
