Key Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for ensuring production processes, product quality and food safety are in compliance with standards
  • Responsible for doing verification on incoming material check, production sampling, product releasing
  • Collaborate with manufacturing team to improve product quality
  • Responsible for handling non conformities and corrective actions
  • Continuous improvement

Qualifications :

  • Education : D3/S1 Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry
  • Minimum 1 year experience as quality control in food manufacturing industry
  • Technical skills : understand principle of food safety and food quality, sampling, panel testing, HACCP, FSSC/ISO 22000 or others food safety standard, good at data analysis
  • Soft skills : initiative, attention to detail, good communication, observative, integrity, problem solver, able to work individually or as a team
