Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a QC Engineer in EPC or construction projects, preferably in power plant or industrial plant projects.
- Hands-on experience in implementing quality systems and performing inspections on civil, mechanical, electrical, and piping works.
- Familiar with relevant standards such as ASME, API, ASTM, IEC, etc.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System and related standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain the project's Quality Control Plan (QCP) in accordance with ISO standards and client requirements.
- Monitor and inspect on-site activities including civil, mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation works to ensure compliance with approved procedures and drawings.
- Conduct material receiving inspections and verify compliance with specifications and required documentation (e.g., Mill Test Certificates, Material Inspection Reports).
- Liaise with third-party inspectors and client representatives during inspections and tests.
- Coordinate and conduct Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and witness Hydrostatic, Pneumatic, and Functional Tests.
- Prepare and maintain accurate quality documentation including inspection reports, test reports, NCRs, and corrective actions.
- Support construction teams in resolving quality-related issues.
- Ensure calibration and maintenance of inspection and test equipment.
