Role:
Execute direct selling distribution and build good relationship in General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) that will promote company product visibility and availability through integrated trade programs activities and collaborate with Sales team in order to maximize consumer potency.
Accountabilities:
- Execute direct selling distribution to increase distribution level with out-of-stock correction with coverage of 35 retail outlets/day (physical visit) and 60 retail outlets/day (virtual visit)
- Product penetration to drive sales volume and market share & simple merchandising
- Manage territory (numeric and weighted coverage, route plan and call plan) to maximize effective and efficient area coverage.
- Propose and execute program in the selected outlets based on budget allocation and trade programs in order to deliver sales volume and market share growth in line with area business objective.
Skill & Experience:
- Hold bachelor degree with minimum GPA of 2.75 from any educational background
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Having field sales experience would be added advantage
- Willing to work in field
- Willing to be placed in all over Indonesia
- Having driving license (SIM) type A & type C

- PC literacy including Microsoft applications such as Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
