The Sales Outreach Specialist plays a key role in generating new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential clients. You will research target markets, identify key decision-makers, and initiate meaningful conversations to connect prospects with our sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, curiosity to understand client pain points, and the persistence to build valuable business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients or decision-makers using LinkedIn, databases, CRM tools, and other sources.
  • Initiate outbound communication via email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Craft personalized messages and outreach sequences to capture attention and generate interest.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their challenges, needs, and fit for our mobile business process solutions.
  • Schedule product demos or meetings for the sales or business development team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with campaigns and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate lead and activity data in the CRM system.
  • Track outreach metrics and continuously optimize engagement strategies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in tech or SaaS).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia — written and conversational.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify target prospects and market opportunities.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and outreach automation platforms.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working with measurable targets (leads, calls, meetings booked).
