Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize simulation and testing systems for mission-critical banking operations.

• Build and maintain highly concurrent backend services and data processing pipelines.

• Collaborate with QA teams to integrate automated testing frameworks and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, K6, or custom frameworks).

• Implement CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability solutions to improve system reliability.

• Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance analysis for simulation modules.

• Ensure compliance with security, reliability, and performance standards across environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Backend Engineer, or equivalent.

• Strong proficiency in Golang, Java, or C# (.NET).

• Solid understanding of object-oriented and concurrent programming.

• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, Docker).

• Familiar with testing frameworks or performance testing tools (JMeter, K6, or similar).

• Experience with microservices architecture, API integration, and cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/OpenShift).

• Good understanding of observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, or Jaeger).
