Manage all social media & marketplace accounts (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.).

Develop content strategies and campaigns that drive engagement and sales.

Create, schedule, and publish daily posts in collaboration with the design & video team.

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopee/Tokopedia Ads).

Oversee online stores in marketplaces (promotions, vouchers, flash sales, live shopping).

Build partnerships with influencers & affiliates and track performance.

Monitor and analyze social media & e-commerce performance using tools (Google Analytics, BuzzSumo, Seller Center, etc.).

Prepare weekly & monthly reports covering growth, engagement, and sales performance.

Stay updated on digital trends, algorithms, and competitor strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related field.

Proven experience in social media management & e-commerce (agency/brand background is a plus).

Strong portfolio showcasing creative content that drives engagement and conversions.

Proficient in digital tools (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Shopee/Tokopedia Seller Center, BuzzSumo, etc.).

Solid understanding of digital KPIs: followers growth, engagement rate, conversion, GMV, ROAS.

Creative, proactive, multitasking, and data-driven mindset.
