Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3–5 years of work experience in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or Online Business.
- Experience in leading a small team (admin, live streamer, affiliator) is a plus.
- Prior experience managing affiliate programs, marketplace campaigns, or digital ads is preferred.
- Familiar with managing Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada.
- Develop online sales strategies to achieve the set revenue targets.
- Manage and ensure smooth operations of online stores on marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Website, etc).
- Create campaign concepts aligned with objectives (brand awareness, traffic, conversion, or loyalty).
- Define promotional themes based on specific occasions (national events, seasonal, payday, Harbolnas, etc.).
- Develop pricing, bundling, discounts, vouchers, cashback, and other promotional mechanisms.
- Collect and analyze sales data from marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Website, etc).
- Build recruitment strategies for affiliators (influencers, content creators, online resellers, or partners).
- Act as the liaison between affiliators and the company regarding product and campaign information.
- Monitor affiliator performance (sales, traffic, conversion rate, ROI).
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales, campaigns, affiliators, promotions, etc.
- Develop live streaming strategies to boost sales, brand awareness, and engagement.
- Coordinate with vendors for Ads and Meta Ads production.
- Responsible for managing admins (CS) to handle online sales customers.
