- Organize, submit and maintain project document (contracts, reports, invoices, purchase orders, etc.)
- Create and manage structured administrative files for each project.
- Serve as the communication point between the project team, vendors, and other stakeholders regarding administrative matters.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, site visits, and maintaining the project timeline.
- Relay important updates from the Project Manager to the relevant team members.
- Assist the Project Manager in preparing project progress reports.
- Compile daily, weekly, or monthly reports as required.
- Support the preparation of project budget submissions and expense tracking.
- Record and archive all expenditure documentation.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure payment documentation is complete.
