  • Organize, submit and maintain project document (contracts, reports, invoices, purchase orders, etc.)
  • Create and manage structured administrative files for each project.
  • Serve as the communication point between the project team, vendors, and other stakeholders regarding administrative matters.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, site visits, and maintaining the project timeline.
  • Relay important updates from the Project Manager to the relevant team members.
  • Assist the Project Manager in preparing project progress reports.
  • Compile daily, weekly, or monthly reports as required.
  • Support the preparation of project budget submissions and expense tracking.
  • Record and archive all expenditure documentation.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to ensure payment documentation is complete.
