Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Line Leader (Production) located in Kota Bekasi. The Line Leader will be responsible for overseeing production processes, coordinating with team members, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor of Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
- Leadership and Team Management skills
- Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure
