Job Scope:
Ensure smooth execution of end-to-end B2B operations — from order processing, warehouse coordination, to last-mile delivery — enabling Allofresh to deliver consistent service levels, optimize cost, and support sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily B2B order fulfillment and delivery operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and product quality.
- Manage warehouse, logistics vendors, and cold chain processes to maintain operational efficiency.
- Monitor key cost drivers (delivery, breakage, manpower) and implement initiatives to improve margin and productivity.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply, and Finance teams to align demand forecast, stock planning, and pricing execution.
- Develop SOPs and dashboards to improve visibility, traceability, and accountability across the B2B operation flow.
- Lead and mentor the B2B operations team; foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain / warehouse / operations management, ideally in F&B or FMCG distribution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with hands-on leadership style.
- Experience managing cold chain or perishable products is a plus.
