Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Supervisor at Innopharm in Tangerang. The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing electrical maintenance, ensuring the proper functioning of electrical equipment, implementing electrical engineering solutions, and ensuring electricity supply meets the facility requirements. Daily tasks will involve supervising the electrical team, scheduling maintenance activities, troubleshooting electrical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

- Electrical Maintenance, Electricity, Electrical Equipment skills
- Electrical Engineering knowledge
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and on-site in Tangerang
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Familiarity with safety regulations and standards
