Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

Inspect incoming materials and finished fabrics in the Dyeing & Finishing department to ensure they meet quality specifications.
Utilize the Four-Point System to evaluate fabric defects and maintain accurate records.
Identify and document quality issues, including defects, deviations, and non-conformities.
Work closely with production and QC teams to address and resolve quality issues.
Ensure that all inspection processes align with customer and export garment standards.
Prepare detailed inspection reports and provide feedback to supervisors and management.
Assist in maintaining and improving quality control systems and processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in incoming QC within the export garment industry, preferably for branded products.
Strong knowledge of the Four-Point System for fabric quality evaluation.
High attention to detail and the ability to identify subtle fabric defects.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) for reporting purposes.
Familiarity with quality standards for branded garments and export products.
