Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the production of creatives for paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with and manage media buyers, including sourcing and testing new external contractors.
  • Coordinate the creation of all marketing materials — email campaigns, landing pages, websites, and presentations.
  • Collect, organize, and report on advertising performance metrics.
  • Work with analysts to build and maintain dashboards for marketing performance.
  • Oversee simple integrations between CRM and advertising platforms.

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing project management or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to manage the production of digital marketing assets (ads, websites, email campaigns, etc.).
  • Experience collaborating with media buyers and creative teams.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Established network of freelance copywriters and designers.
  • Language: English
  • Ability to work remotely with a distributed team.
