Technical & Sales Support (Export Department)

This role is crucial in providing comprehensive technical and administrative support to our international clients and sales processes. The ideal candidate will have a Civil Engineering background and will act as the key technical liaison between client requirements and our internal teams, ensuring a seamless and efficient process from inquiry to shipment.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze technical inquiries and architectural drawings from international clients to understand project needs.

* Perform quantity surveying to accurately estimate material requirements for projects.

* Prepare and issue detailed export quotations, including pricing, product specifications, and relevant Incoterms.

* Create or modify shop drawings and other technical details using AutoCAD to support sales and production.

* Coordinate the entire export order process, from order entry and liaison with production to final preparation for shipment.

* Manage and prepare all necessary export documentation, including Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading (B/L), and Certificates of Origin.

* Serve as the primary technical contact for international clients and freight forwarders regarding order status, logistics, and technical clarifications.

* Willing to perform other related duties as assigned to support the team's objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.

* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of work experience in manufacturing, preferably in the wood, ceramic, Aluminum,  or furniture industry. (e.g., as technical support, sales engineering, estimating, or export administration in the building materials/construction industry).

* Excellent proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is essential. Proficiency in Mandarin will be considered a significant advantage.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) and a strong ability to read and interpret complex architectural/construction drawings.

* Proven capability in cost estimation.

* Highly organized, meticulous, and with a strong eye for detail.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.

* A proactive and customer-oriented mindset.
