Job Description :
Perform system and data analysis to identify opportunities for system improvements.
Collaborate with IT and application teams to develop or enhance systems.
Develop system support documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and user manuals.
Create and deliver training programs for each Distribution Center (DC).
Serve as the Level 1 system troubleshooting point, coordinating with IT and other relevant teams to resolve issues.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
2-3 years experience working in logistics (warehouse, transportation, etc.)
Strong knowledge and understanding of logistics applications such as SAP, WMS, TMS, etc.
Proficiency in Excel for data reporting and analysis
Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Possess an independent personality, able to demonstrate effective communication with multiple parties, and consistently complete tasks within deadlines set by organization.
