We are searching for a dynamic Business Development & Sales Manager for the B2B arm of Sejasa - connecting brands, home appliances platforms and outlet chains to our nationwide network of installation, service and renovations technicians.

Key responsibilities

  • Apply and adapt Sejasa's platform to see how to add value to these B2B clients
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through direct outreach, referrals, and partnerships.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking gatherings to promote Sejasa's services and generate qualified leads
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their project needs, recommend suitable service offerings and educate clients about Sejasa's value proposition
  • Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet company targets.
  • Work closely with internal teams and service providers to ensure all pre-project requirements are fulfilled.
  • Project Kickoff Readiness: ensure that all elements such as client expectations, documentation, vendor alignment, and timelines are in place for a smooth project kickoff.
  • Monitor early-stage project progress to guarantee client satisfaction and alignment with Sejasa's service standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or project coordination (3-5 years preferred)
  • Knowledge or passion for home services, renovation, or construction industries is a plus
  • Willingness to attend events and meet clients on-site when required

Hard skills

  • Proficient in PC applications Excel, Powerpoint, Word as well as Google applications such as Sheets, Slides and Doc
  • Ability to speak, read and write Bahasa and English proficiently

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
