Strategic Risk Management: Identify, analyze, and assess legal risks related to potential external cooperative partners (conducting due diligence).
Corporate Compliance: Responsible for organizing, updating, and maintaining legal documentation to ensure the legality and compliance of personnel employment and all corporate operations.
Transaction Management: Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of legal agreements, including those related to purchasing, sales, leasing, engineering, labor, and strategic investment cooperation.
Dispute Resolution: Manage all litigation, commercial arbitration cases, and alternative dispute resolution processes.
Corporate Governance: Responsible for the protection of corporate governance, data, and Intellectual Property (IP).
Internal Advisory: Provide strategic legal advice to all departments to support critical business decision‑making and project implementation.
Compliance Control: Regularly evaluate and revise company-wide legal risk warnings and control measures.
RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Law or higher.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant corporate legal or commercial law firm environment.
Specialization: Proven expertise in Commercial Law and at least three other relevant legal specialties (e.g., Corporate Law, IP, Litigation, or Labor Law).
Language (Chinese): Fluent — Must be able to fluently draft, negotiate, and communicate complex legal matters in Mandarin.
Language (English): Skilled — Required for drafting international agreements and correspondence.
