Key Responsibilities:
Receive, review, and track customer orders throughout the entire process.
Coordinate internal production schedules to ensure orders are completed on time and with quality.
Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues arising in the process.
Prepare, verify, and submit compliant written Indonesian customs documentation.
Manage relevant order documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
