Persyaratan Pekerjaan
- Bachelor's degree in food technology, Food Science, or a related field
- Having at least 3 years of experience in similar role in the food manufacturing industry
- Through understanding of GMP, food safety regulations, Halal Assurance, quality control procedures, and industry best practices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate documentation
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with laboratory testing equipment and quality control system
Familiar with conducting audits
- Advance to operate Computer Literate (Ms. Office)
- Proactively initiates and contributes to the enhancement of quality awareness and the implementation of continuous quality improvement initiatives

Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Control the implementation of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards such as GMP, FSSC 22000, Halal Assurance System, internal QA procedures, and all related documentation.
- Follow up on all corrective action requests and carry out verification activities.
- Evaluate and conduct necessary inspections, and prepare reports for every customer complaint.
- Lead system improvements and build quality awareness by conducting audits and ensuring the system operates effectively and efficiently.
- Monitor and control the effectiveness of annual sample inspection/testing (surveillance) activities.
