Position: Content Creator

Job Description:

Develop creative concepts and monthly content strategies for all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
Lead and manage the content team consisting of a video editor and a graphic designer.
Organize production and posting schedules to ensure consistent and relevant content aligned with brand campaigns.
Oversee the entire production process (shooting, editing, captions, and uploads).
Act as an on-camera talent when needed for video content or campaigns.
Conduct trend research and implement fresh, relevant ideas for the target audience.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for promotions, campaigns, and seasonal events.
Analyze content performance and prepare monthly social media performance reports.
Maintain brand tone, visuals, and storytelling consistency across all channels.

Qualifications:

Minimum of an Associate Degree (D3) in Communications, Design, Marketing, or a related field.
Maximum age of 30 years old.
Attractive appearance with an oriental look (Chinese descent preferred) for on-camera content needs.
Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation, social media, or creative production.
Experience leading a small team or working cross-functionally (video, design, marketing).
Proficient in editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, VN, or Adobe Premiere.
Strong sense of visual aesthetics and storytelling.
Up to date with TikTok and Instagram trends, and able to adapt them for the brand.
Communicative, strong leadership, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
