VAIA is looking for a
Photo Editor & Video Editor
to elevate the visual storytelling of our Brand DNA. If you have a strong eye for aesthetics and love working in a dynamic creative environment, we'd love to hear from you.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong interest in fashion and visual storytelling
- A keen eye for aesthetics, composition, and details
- 1–2 years of experience in fashion retouching/video editing within a fast-paced creative environment
- Proficiency in advanced retouching techniques & color management
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Capture One
- Bonus: Knowledge in InDesign, Illustrator, and digital photography
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage priorities effectively
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently as well as in a team
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Retouching campaign, lookbook, social media, BTS, and editorial images for VAIA
- Apply advanced retouching techniques to enhance clarity, quality, and visual appeal
- Collaborate with product/brand teams to ensure accurate color matching with swatches and samples
- Create additional visual assets and compositions in a fast-paced environment
- Work closely with Graphic Designers & Creative Directors to deliver consistent and compelling visuals
