Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Cook role located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring food quality and presentation, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and following food safety standards.
Qualifications
- Has a background in Indonesia Cuisine.
- Man, age 25-35 years old.
- Minimum education Vocational School in Culinary Management or Culinary Diploma.
- Minimum 1 years experience in the same position.
- Understand stock opname at the end of each month.
- Understand the sanitation and cleanliness of the kitchen area and all equipment.
- Time discipline and responsibility.
- Willing to work shifts.
- Understand paperwork of costing.
