Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
3–5 years of experience in Network Engineering or Network Administration.
CCNP certification is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of network support, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of AADC (Azure Active Directory Connect), High Availability, and Redundancy concepts.
Familiar with Software Defined Networking (SDN), especially Cisco ACI.
Understanding of firewall systems such as FortiGate and Palo Alto Networks.
Ability to work independently or in a team under tight deadlines.

Job Description

Configure and manage network devices such as routers, switches, SD-WAN, SDN, and access points.
Set up VLANs, subnetting, and routing to optimize network performance.
Monitor network performance to ensure stable and secure connectivity.
Perform troubleshooting and resolve network issues in a timely manner.
Manage hardware and software updates, including firmware and configuration documentation.
Prepare and maintain network topology diagrams, SOPs, and configuration backups.
Coordinate with internal and external teams for infrastructure development and problem resolution.
Monitor firewall logs and detect anomalies to prevent potential security breaches.
