Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track projects assigned by the Executive Committee, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the CEO, COO, and leadership team.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, and monitor risks/issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and farm operations.
- Support projects in HR, Finance, Legal, and Operational expansion (licensing, land/sea rights, infrastructure).
- Conduct regular site visits to farms to consolidate data, oversee progress, and ensure milestones are met.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of project management experience (agriculture/aquaculture background is a plus).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Proficiency in English & Indonesian (Burmese is a bonus).
- Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Trello, etc.).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly to Labuan Bajo & Sumbawa.
