Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in construction management and project coordination, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously especially in interior project. This role requires excellent communication skills and a thorough understanding of construction processes, as well as proficiency in various project management software tools. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tangerang Selatan for an Assistant Project Manager Interior. The Assistant Project Manager Interior will be responsible for supporting project management tasks, including coordinating with expeditors, managing logistics, conducting inspections, and expediting project timelines. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Help lead and oversee interior projects from start to handover.
- Develop timelines, budgets, and manage project resources.
- Coordinate with design teams, vendors, and clients.
- Ensure results meet company standards.
- Resolve technical and non-technical issues during projects.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
- Coordinate project schedules and resources, managing timelines effectively.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6 for tracking progress and reporting.
- Conduct construction estimating and budget analysis to ensure financial efficiency.
- Review contracts and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations.
- Facilitate communication between team members, subcontractors, and clients to maintain alignment on project goals.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution.
- Monitor construction site activities to ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control measures.
Skills
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the interior design field.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design/Architecture.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Ms. Project and other construction management software.
- Strong understanding of construction estimating techniques and project scheduling methodologies.
- Understanding of the design & build process, interior materials, and field workflows.
- Familiar with creating RAB and BoQ.
- Proficient in AutoCAD/SketchUp.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in project management and coordination within the construction industry.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Familiarity with contracts related to interior projects.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
