The Opportunity
PT PANORAMA WISATA HANDALAN' is seeking an experienced Architecture professional to join our team. As an Architecture specialist, you will play a key role in the design and development of our latest commercial projects in throughout Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceptualise and design innovative architectural solutions
- Preparing detailed technical drawings, plans and specifications for construction
- Ensuring all architectural designs adhere to relevant building codes, regulations and safety standards
- Providing on-site supervision and support during the construction phase
- Liaising with clients, contractors and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver projects successfully
- Staying up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies and best practices
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience working as an Architect, preferably in the commercial/retail sector
- Strong proficiency in using CAD software, sketchup, 3D Max, Revit, Lumion, Vray, Enscape and other design tools
- Excellent technical drawing and visualisation skills
- Thorough understanding of building codes, regulations and safety standards
- Proven track record of delivering complex architectural projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
