As a Store Supervisor at Rifyo, a leading luxury furniture brand, you will oversee the daily operations of our showroom, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, store presentation, and sales performance. You will lead a team of sales associates and ensure a seamless shopping experience that reflects the luxury and quality of our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Drive sales growth through effective leadership, customer engagement, and product knowledge, ensuring the achievement of individual and store sales goals.
- Ensure a premium shopping experience by providing personalized service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Oversee stock levels, inventory accuracy, and product availability, ensuring that items are properly stocked, displayed, and accounted for.
- Develop the sales team, ensuring that they are knowledgeable about product offerings, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and store operations to upper management.
- Minimum 3 years in retail sales, preferably in luxury furniture brand or home décor.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with a passion for luxury retail and design.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Strong ability to engage and build lasting relationships with high-end clientele, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
