Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Banking Officer located in Banten, Indonesia. The Banking Officer will handle day-to-day tasks including managing customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, processing loans, and maintaining business relationships with clients. The officer will also be responsible for financial transactions and advising customers on financial products and services.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Finance and Loans
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication
  • Experience in Business Relationship Management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Experience in the banking industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
