We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to strengthen our central HR management team.



  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interview, placement.

  • Manage employee administration: attendance, employment contracts, transfers, and employee database.

  • Handle onboarding, training, and performance evaluation for outsourcing employees.

  • Support the development and implementation of HR KPIs, policies, and SOPs.

  • Serve as a liaison between management and employees to ensure good communication and compliance.

  • Minimum education: S1 in Psychology, HR Management, Law, or related field (fresh graduates welcomed).

  • Understand basic labor law, BPJS, and mass recruitment processes.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital HR systems.

  • Excellent communication, high integrity, multitasking ability.

  • BPJS Health & Employment coverage.
