Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Payroll Administration, Services, and Processing.
- Solid knowledge of payroll regulations, including PPh 21, Pasal 17, and TER.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, especially for payroll-related tasks.
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing, including uploading databases, tax settings, component allowance/deduction setup, and reporting using payroll software and Excel.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and software.
- Open to handling HR administrative tasks.
- Skilled in maintaining confidentiality and managing sensitive information.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of proven experience in payroll processing.
- Experience managing both local and expatriate taxes.
- Familiarity with HRIS and payroll information systems is a plus.
