Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resource Manager in a start-up beauty center company located in the Jakarta area. This position will be developing an HR system, including payroll, administration, organizational structure, compensation & benefits, and also the recruitment process. She/He will be working directly under the CEO and supporting the company's operational growth and development.
Qualifications
- Graduated with a bachelor's degree from a reputable university in a related major.
- 5 years or more of experience in the human resource division in a startup, cosmetics, or beauty clinic background.
- Someone who has experience as Manager and managing team.
- Understand the HRIS system, HR administration, and payroll.
- Someone with a generalist background will be a perfect match.
- Fluent in English, Korean language ability will be an added value.
