We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and selling the company's products/services — particularly technology-based solutions such as ERP or SaaS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities for new business development through lead follow-up and research on target clients.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
  • Make cold and warm calls and send emails to reach potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations to clients.
  • Develop proposals and conduct price negotiations in accordance with company policies.
  • Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Use strong communication and persuasion skills to schedule qualified appointments.
  • Submit daily activity, visit, and market development reports to management.
  • Stay up to date with market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Economics, Business Management, or related fields.
  • Having a minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in selling ERP software, SaaS or IT products is preferred.
  • Understanding of the products or services being sold and Ability to use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools is a plus.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-focused.
  • Good attitude and responsibility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and networks.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • High enthusiasm and strong self-motivation.
  • Flexible working hours and willingness to travel for business purposes (if required).
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic targets.
  • Driving License.
