We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and selling the company's products/services — particularly technology-based solutions such as ERP or SaaS.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify opportunities for new business development through lead follow-up and research on target clients.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
- Make cold and warm calls and send emails to reach potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations to clients.
- Develop proposals and conduct price negotiations in accordance with company policies.
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Use strong communication and persuasion skills to schedule qualified appointments.
- Submit daily activity, visit, and market development reports to management.
- Stay up to date with market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Economics, Business Management, or related fields.
- Having a minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in selling ERP software, SaaS or IT products is preferred.
- Understanding of the products or services being sold and Ability to use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools is a plus.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-focused.
- Good attitude and responsibility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and networks.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- High enthusiasm and strong self-motivation.
- Flexible working hours and willingness to travel for business purposes (if required).
- Ability to adapt to dynamic targets.
