Responsibilities:
- Review the design drawing and shop drawing
- Manage schedule of implementation of shop drawing as per construction schedule
- Ensure the completion of shop drawing and/or as built drawing that are accurate, efficient and timely manner according to schedule
- Development of shop drawing and as built drawing
- Supervise, coordinate, and inspect the work of drafter and technicians on construction projects
- Verify the work of the detailers and the drafter for error and review the drawings (in house drawing or subcontractor drawing)
- Registration, transmission, filing and retrieval of all drawings; including client and vendor drawings
- Coordinating with Design Team, other engineers and Vendor to support 2D/3D Model Work
Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture
- Able to read construction drawings
- Proficiency in 2D modelling software (Autocad) 3D modeling (Revit, Sketchup) software for Structure and Architecture drawing is required
- Experience in shop drawing coordination work (with vendor, MEP, and related division)
- Min. 10 years or more experience in general contractor/sub-contractor/design consultant
- Good communication skill in English (both oral and writing)
