Job Description:

  • Supervise and monitor dealer sales performance across Bogor & Bekasi.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Conduct regular dealer visits to provide product training, sales support, and performance evaluations.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities; develop area-specific strategies and insights.
  • Ensure proper implementation of promotional activities and product launches within the area.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales progress, dealer performance, and market conditions to the Regional Manager and Head Office.
  • Maintain strong collaboration with dealer sales teams, field sales, and marketing teams.
  • Provide coaching, motivation, and capacity building for the dealer network.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major (preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field).
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or motorbike industry.
  • Proven experience in supervising sales teams or managing dealer networks.
  • Strong understanding of automotive retail or distribution landscape, preferably in Bogor & Bekasi.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Willing to travel extensively within the assigned area (holding a valid SIM A is preferred).
  • Proficient in reporting tools, Microsoft Excel, and presentation software.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced market environment.
  • Willing to do business trip in Bogor & Bekasi area.
