In Operations, you'll make sure every process runs smoothly to deliver the speed and reliability our customers expect. Your precision and ownership keep Blibli's promise alive — ensuring every package, process, and interaction meets our standard of excellence.

As a Business Commercial & Partnership Officer at FAS, you'll support merchants in reaching more customers by leveraging Blibli's fulfillment network. You'll identify business growth opportunities, manage seller engagement, and build partnerships that expand product selection and improve fulfillment performance. Your role bridges commercial insight with operational execution — helping sellers scale faster while ensuring great customer experiences.

What We'll Work on Together

  • Manage merchant acquisition, onboarding, and engagement to grow active sellers and product selection.
  • Act as a liaison with management to ensure alignment between business strategies, plans, and performance.
  • Conduct regular seller training and onboarding sessions with updated pitching decks and warehouse visit schedules.
  • Review and propose SKUs for consignment and identify merchant pain points with short- and long-term solutions.
  • Plan and execute merchant promotions, campaigns, and reward programs to drive engagement and growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize fulfillment operations and reduce cost per order.
  • Prepare and monitor budget estimations, promotion results, and sales performance reports.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external merchant partners to ensure alignment and excellence.
  • Support process improvements and data tracking systems to strengthen the FBB & FAS programs

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

  • 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, fulfillment, business development, or merchant management.
  • Strong analytical and business planning skills to identify growth opportunities and optimize operations.
  • Experience in merchant acquisition, onboarding, and engagement, including conducting training and sessions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage promotions, campaigns, and budget planning.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects.
