Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Affairs Manager located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The General Affairs Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily general administrative operations, coordinating inter-departmental activities, managing office facilities and supplies, organizing company events, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The role will also involve handling employee inquiries and supporting the HR team in various administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Experience in office management, administrative operations, and facility management
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and activities efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Understanding of HR practices and support functions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
