Role Description
This is a full time on-site role for a KYC Agent located in Jakarta, Indonesia. As a KYC Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer support interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and performing finance-related tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include verifying customer identification, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Experience as a KYC or phone verification min 1 year
- Excellent communication and observation
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Minimal Bachelor Degree from any major
- Familiar with excel
