We are a leading company specializing in Hair Transplant, Anti-Aging, Skin, and Body treatments. We are seeking a strategic, high-integrity, and data-driven Finance Manager to lead our finance function and support the growth of our high-end market presence in Jakarta.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be the core leader ensuring the company's financial health, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Financial Strategy & Planning: Design, oversee, and implement short-term and long-term financial strategies to support business growth and clinic profitability.
- Budgeting & Control: Lead the planning, budgeting, and cost control process, ensuring the optimal allocation of funds across all departments.
- Financial Reporting & Compliance: Oversee the preparation of all financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annually) in accordance with Financial Accounting Standards (SAK/IFRS) and ensure full compliance with current tax regulations.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance, cash flow, profit margins, and ROI for various company investments and projects.
- Cash & Treasury Management: Manage daily cash flow, ensure optimal liquidity, and maintain relationships with banking and financial institutions.
- Internal Control: Develop and maintain robust internal control systems to mitigate financial risks and ensure data accuracy.
- Business Synergy: Closely collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and HR teams to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the internal Finance and Accounting team to operate efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications and Experience (Mandatory):
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, with at least 2-3 years in a Finance Manager or equivalent leadership role.
- Deep understanding of taxation, SAK/IFRS, and financial reporting.
- Experience in the premium aesthetic/beauty/healthcare service industry is highly preferred.
- Possession of professional certifications (such as CPA/CA/Tax Brevet) is a plus.
- Strong data analytical skills and proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel.
