Job Positions: Project Management Officer (PMO)
*WFO in South Jakarta
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the front line in onboarding and offboarding processes for partner brands, including document collection, verification, and coordination with related teams to ensure smooth operations
Act as a liaison between internal teams and brands to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency
Collect and verify prospect data from events or inbound channels, such as brand contacts, business cards, emails, and WhatsApp information
Schedule and follow-up initial meetings with internal and external teams
Coordinate with the legal team during negotiation and finalization of agreement drafts, including providing recommendations on clauses that may pose potential risks to the company
Organize and oversee the input of brand master data, including SKUs, pricing, and product descriptions, into WMS and PowerBiz systems
Review the completeness and accuracy of onboarding documents before submitting them to the legal team
Supervise brand system readiness before going live, including PowerBiz and marketplace setup
Monitor and evaluate onboarding progress and potential revenue of brands under management
Provide regular reports to management regarding onboarding status, pipeline progress, and revenue contribution from each client
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Communication, or a related field
Minimum of 1 year working experience in a similar role, preferably in e-commerce, project coordination, or B2B partnership
Strong understanding of e-commerce business flow, warehouse fulfillment, and marketplace integration
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and effectively with various internal and external stakeholders
Skilled in negotiation and partnership agreement analysis (agreement review)
Strong project management and multitasking abilities
Proficient in using project and document management tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Trello, others)
Adaptive to changes in strategy, timelines, and client operational dynamics
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment, with good time management skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to provide process improvement recommendations for onboarding and offboarding
