We are looking for an experienced F&B Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong operational and managerial skills in the restaurant industry. This role requires someone who understands both the business and the culinary sides of F&B operations, ensuring smooth daily performance and consistent quality across outlets.

Job Description:
As a Store Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store management, including staff supervision, inventory management, sales analysis, customer engagement, and content development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and quality.
- Develop and implement operational standards, SOPs, and best practices.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain food quality and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory, purchasing, and cost control.
- Analyze sales data, identify performance gaps, and develop improvement strategies.
- Support staff training and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with management to plan menu updates, promotions, and operational initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company policies.
- Develop a social media plan/ content to support the store business development.
Requirements:
- Experienced in F&B operations, preferably with experience in a noodle restaurant.
- Strong understanding of kitchen workflow and front-of-house management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and familiar with POS systems.
- Passionate about food, quality, and customer experience.
- Ability to work on weekends and holidays.
- Passion for retail and a customer-centric mindset.
