Currently, we are opening a career opportunity for an Export-Import Manager (Ahli Kepabeanan) to join our team.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Customs certified is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, International Business, Logistics, or related field.
- Min. 5 years experiences in export-import & bonded zone compliance.
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, TPB, CEISA, PPJK.
- Customs, ERP system & Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Strong leadership, analytical & communication skills.
- Familiar with import/export licensing, HS codes, trade regulations, and master list preparation.
- Experience in PIER is an advantage.
- Brevet A & B certification is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and coordinate with customs officers, government agencies, and logistics providers.
- Willing to be placed in Kutorejo (Mojokerto) and relocate to PIER (Pasuruan) next year.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Oversee and manage all export-import operations including customs clearance, documentation, and reporting.
- Ensure full compliance with bonded zone regulations and coordinate with customs authorities (Bea Cukai).
- Manage the preparation, submission, and control of BC custom documents (BC 2.3, BC 4.0, BC 2.5, etc.).
- Supervise and guide the customs & logistics team in day-to-day operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with government institutions, forwarders, and bonded zone management.
- Monitor and control the flow of goods (inbound and outbound), ensuring accuracy of records and reports.
- Support internal and external audits related to customs and bonded zone activities.
- Provide strategic input to optimize supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
