Lead the design and implementation of employee learning and development programs that enhance skills, leadership, and performance.
Oversee talent management initiatives, including talent mapping, succession planning, and career path development.
Partner with business leaders and HR teams to build a high-performance and learning-oriented culture.
Manage and develop the People Development team to ensure effective delivery of all programs and initiatives.
Partner with business leaders to ensure alignment between individual performance goals, competency development, and organizational objectives.
Ensuring performance management cycle implemented annually.
Lead continuous improvement in the performance management cycle through data-driven evaluation and feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning & Development
Identify training and development needs through performance analysis and competency assessments.
Design, organize, and evaluate learning programs (technical, behavioral, leadership).
Introduce and manage digital or blended learning systems to support continuous learning.
Talent Management
Develop and implement talent identification, assessment, and development processes.
Manage succession planning to ensure readiness for key positions.
Support career development planning through Individual Development Plans (IDP)/Competency Development.
Performance Management
Use data-driven insights to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Conducting Performance Management Cycle annually.
Organizational Development
Support initiatives that strengthen company culture and values.
Facilitate change management and leadership development projects.
Lead, coach, and motivate the People Development team to achieve section goals.
Set performance objectives, monitor progress, and ensure continuous team improvement.
